Swimming In My Head…

diving in the deep end…

What the Snuggie…?

So it’s a bone-chilling 50-some degrees down here in Central Florida and as we sat on the couch, covered up in a blanket, waiting to watch Ugly Betty, it happened.

The Snuggie commercial came on. 42 is not the answer to the ultimate question, the Snuggie is. You see when you’re incapacitated under your blanket and your hands won’t move, the Snuggie is the answer. When you need to cozy up and just relax under a blanket and watch tv but you can’t because the blanket keeps slipping off, the Snuggie is the answer.

But most important, when you want to completely solve your problems and all else seems impossible, put your Snuggie on and watch all that is bad just hang off of your arms.

  2. I love how in all those commercials, the bad situation is always in black and white. It never fails. I suppose that’s what they teach in “Selling Crap People Don’t Need on TV 101.”

  5. Did you notice the little girl at the ballgame? The arms of the Snuggie were twice as long as her own arms! 😆
